摘要
公司治理的内部机制与绩效关系的研究主要集中在三个方面,即探讨资本结构的选择与公司绩效的关 系、研究股权结构与公司绩效的关系和研究经营者激励的方式与公司绩效的关系。
The researches in the relationship between the inner mechanism of company administration and achievements focus on three aspects: the relationship between the choice of capital structure and its achievements, the relationship between stock right and its achievements and the relationship between managers’incentive mode and its achievements.
