摘要
目的应用填充式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝。方法用巴德补片行填充式无张力疝修补术治疗嵌顿疝25例。结果25例患者全部治愈,随访6～24个月,无复发病例。结论填充式无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟嵌顿疝适合,而且能缩短手术时间,取得良好的手术效果,减少患者术后疼痛感,减少复发。
Objective Application of filling tension-free hernia repair for the treatment of incarcerated inguinal hernia.Methods Filled with tension-free hernia repair for the treatment of 25 cases of incarcerated hernia by Bard mesh perbix plug.The age of 25 cases were between the ages of 42~80.Results The 25 patients were cured.Follow-up of 6~24 months,no relapse cases.Conclusion Filled with tension-free hernia repair for the treatment of incarcerated inguinal hernia was appropriate.And this would shorten the operat...
