摘要
目的探讨先天性中枢性低通气综合征的ICD-10编码。方法在临床表现、发病机理的基础上,结合ICD-10编码的规则,变通主导词,以呼吸暂停为主导词,得到编码P28.3,核对卷一为新生儿原发性睡眠呼吸暂停,初步确认此编码。结论对罕见病进行正确编码,需深入挖掘疾病诊断的内涵,多方查阅资料综合分析,才能得到正确的编码。
Objective to explore classifying of congenital cental hypoventilation syndrome by ICD-10.Methods At the basis of clinical manifestation and pathogeny,we get the code p28.3 after changing the main word to apnea.We initially confirm this code after cheeking first volume as newborns primary sleep apnea syndrome.Conclusions It need to know deeply about disease diagnose connotation for classifying correctly about rare diseases.Only we can classify correctly by consulting data and anayzing comprehensively.
