从机床企业改革进程看战略与环境的协同演化

摘要 以我国9家机床企业为例,本文就企业战略与环境的协同演化这一概念,运用整体性多案例研究方法,分析机床企业在经济转型过程中企业战略受环境影响的不同选择及其对绩效和环境的作用,指出了进一步研究的可能性。
