介绍了果树植物遗传作图特点 ,特别对果树植物遗传作图时分子标记技术的选择、遗传群体材料的选用、质量性状和数量性状定位方法、“双—假测交”
The advances in molecular mapping with molecular markers in fruit crops were reviewed in this paper. The identifying of the molecular markers, the choosing of the genetic population, the detecting of the qualitative genes and quantitative trait loci (QTL), the application of double pseudotestcross were particularly discussed for molecular mapping in perennial fruit crops.
