摘要
2003年,我国气象灾害发生频繁,出现了洪涝、干旱、高温热浪、低温阴雨、台风等主要气象灾害和天气气候事件。本文利用国家气候中心和国家民政部收集的气象资料和灾情资料,对我国发生主要气象灾害予以简要评述。
The meteorological disasters occurred frequently in 2003 in China. Major meteorological disasters and climate events such as flood,drought, high temperature, low temperature with continuous rainfall, typhoon took place in China. In this paper, a brief comment is made on meteorological disasters occurred in China by using the meteorological data from National Climate Center and the data of situations of disasters collected by National Civil Administration.
