摘要
建立反相高效液相色谱法测定薄荷中乌索酸和齐墩果酸的含量。采用Kromasil C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)和二极管阵列检测器,流动相为甲醇∶水∶磷酸(90∶10∶0.2),流速0.8 mL.min-1,柱温28℃,检测波长210 nm。乌索酸进样量0.67-6.03μg(r=0.999 62),齐墩果酸进样量0.66-5.94μg(r=0.999 65),具有良好的线性关系。乌索酸和齐墩果酸平均回收率分别为97.6%、99.8%,RSD分别为1.6%、2.1%。方法简便、准确,重现性好,线性范围宽,可用于同时测定薄荷中乌索酸和齐墩果酸的含量。
A new HPLC method for determination of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in Mentha haplocalyx was developed.The Kromasil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as analytical column with methanol-water-phosphate(90∶10∶0.2) as mobile phase.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm with photodiode array detector.The flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1 and the column temperature was 28 ℃.The calibration curve of ursolic acid was linear over the range of 0.67-6.03 μg,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999 62.The calibration ...
