摘要
①目的探讨重用加强胃肠道黏膜防卫功能药物丹参冻干对胃镜下胃溃疡愈合时间和复发率的影响。②方法将220例活动期(包括A1、A2)期胃溃疡患者随机分为丹参冻干联用奥美拉唑治疗观察组与单用奥美拉唑治疗对照组,每周胃镜检查1次,记录每例患者愈合时间。③结果平均愈合时间/A^S期平均时间组明显短于对照组,两组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);6个月后的胃溃疡复发率,观察组明显低于对照组,两组之间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。④结论改变传统观念,重视加强胃肠道黏膜防卫功能,可有效地缩短胃溃疡的愈合时间、降低胃溃疡的近期复发率,可以更快、更好地愈合溃疡。
