提高消费率,扩大消费需求,对经济增长具有重大作用。多年来由于投资率偏高,消费率一直偏低,直接影响着居民消费需求的扩大,必然影响居民消费水平、消费质量的提高,影响消费结构的优化、升级,从而影响产业结构的优化、升级,影响经济增长。提高消费率,拉动经济增长,以利于构建社会主义和谐社会。
