摘要
目的:浅析腭咽成形术的护理体会。方法我科从2010年4月~2012年8月共收治5例成人鼾症患者,经腭咽成形术或悬雍垂腭咽成形术的术前后的护理作回顾性分析。结果术后均给予一级护理,伤口大约2w愈合,平均住院21d。5例患者术后鼾声及憋气均较术前明显改善,无并发症。结论做好腭咽成形术的围手术期的护理,可帮助患者顺利完成手术治疗,减轻术前忧虑和术后痛苦,减少并发症的发生,提高生活的质量。
Objective:the nursing experience of palatopharyngeal plasty.Methods:from 2010 April to 2012 in our department in August there were 5 cases of adult patients with snoring,the velopharyngeal care before and after angioplasty or uvulopalatopharyngoplasty surgery were retrospectively analyzed.Results:after operation were given the level of care,wound healing in about two weeks,the average hospital stay was 21 days.Patients with postoperative snore and breath in 5 cases were significantly improved compared with preoperative,without complication.Conclusion:good uvulopalatopharyngoplasty peri operation period nursing,help the patients successful y completed the operation treatment,reducing the preoperative anxiety and postoperative pain,reduce complications,improve the quality of life.
