右美托咪定对高血压患者全麻气管插管反应的临床观察

摘要 目的:观察并研究右美托咪定对高血压患者全麻气管插管反应的影响。方法选取2013年4月~2014年4月我院收治的65例气管插全麻患者,随机将其分成研究组与对照组,其中研究组35例,对照组30例。给予研究组患者静脉泵入右美托咪定,给予对照组注射等量的生理盐水。观察麻醉诱导前、插管时及插管后1、3、5 min研究组与对照组患者的HR、MBP、DBP、SBP变化情况。结果麻醉后不同时段与诱导前相比研究组患者的MBP、DBP、SBP水平无显著变化P>0.05无显著差异性,而HR水平较诱导前降低明显P<0.05有显著差异性;在插管时、插管后1、3 min与诱导前相比,对照组患者的HR、DBP、SBP水平增加明显,P<0.05具有显著差异性,且麻醉后的不同时段MBP与诱导前相比升高显著P<0.05。结论术前使用右美托咪定可有效降低高血压患者全麻气管插管反应,在临床中取得较好的效果,因此,注重推广应用。
