辣椒产量与品质对生物炭与氮肥配施的响应 被引量:1

Response of Pepper Yield and Quality to Simultaneous Biochar and Nitrogen Fertilizer Application

摘要 以“遵辣9号”辣椒为试材,采用盆栽方式,设定180、270、360、450 mg·kg^(-1)4个生物炭用量(以B_(1)、B_(1.5)、B_(2)、B_(2.5)表示)配施酰胺态氮、铵态氮和硝态氮3种氮肥形态(180 mg·kg^(-1),以UN_(1)、AN_(1)、NN_(1)表示)共12个处理,通过测定辣椒果实鲜质量与干质量、氨基酸、硝酸盐、还原糖、维生素C、辣椒素、二氢辣椒素、辣椒素类物质总量与辣度,研究了不同处理对辣椒产量与品质的影响,以期为辣椒专用碳基复混肥开发提供参考依据。结果表明:生物炭用量与氮肥形态对辣椒果实产量不存在交互作用,NN_(1)B_(2.5)处理辣椒果实产量最大。生物炭用量与氮肥形态对辣椒氨基酸、硝酸盐、还原糖与维生素C含量均存在交互作用,NN_(1)B_(1)处理辣椒氨基酸含量最高;UN_(1)B_(2.5)处理辣椒硝酸盐含量最低;NN_(1)B_(1)处理辣椒还原糖含量最高,NN_(1)B_(2.5)处理与其差异不显著;UN_(1)B_(1)处理辣椒维生素C含量最高;生物炭用量与氮肥形态对辣椒素、二氢辣椒素、辣椒素类物质总量与辣度均存在交互作用,NN_(1)B_(2.5)处理辣椒素、二氢辣椒素、辣椒素类物质总量与辣度均较高。综上,改善辣椒不同指标需要生物炭用量与氮肥形态不同,但NN_(1)B_(2.5)处理总体效果较优。 Pepper variety of‘Zunla No.9’was used as experimental materials with the potting experiment in greenhouse.The experiment was designed to have 12 treatments,which was either 180,270,360 mg·kg^(-1)or 450 mg·kg^(-1)biochar(B_(1),B_(1.5),B_(2)and B_(2.5),respectively)with either amide nitrogen,ammonium nitrogen or nitrate nitrogen(UN_(1),AN_(1)and NN_(1),180 mg·kg^(-1),respectively).By measuring the fresh and dry weight of pepper fruits,amino acids,nitrate,reducing sugar,vitamin C,capsaicin,dihydrocapsaicin,capsaicinoid content,the effects of different treatments on the yield and quality of pepper were compared,in order to provide reference for the development of carbon-based compound fertilizer for pepper.The results showed that there was no interaction between biochar dosage and nitrogen fertilizer form on pepper fruit yield,and the maximum fruit yield of pepper in NN_(1)B_(2.5)treatment.There were interaction of biochar dosage and nitrogen fertilizer form on amino acid,nitrate,reducing sugar and vitamin C contents of pepper.The highest amino acid content of pepper was NN_(1)B_(1)treatment.The lowest nitrate content of pepper was UN1B2.5treatment.The highest reducing sugar content of pepper was NN_(1)B_(1)treatment and the non-significant difference was between in others and in NN_(1)B_(2.5)treatment.The highest vitamin C content of pepper was UN_(1)B_(1)treatment.There were interaction effect of biochar dosage and nitrogen fertilizer form on capsaicin,dihydrocapsaicin,capsaicinoid content.NN_(1)B_(2.5)treatment had higher capsaicin,dihydrocapsaicin,capsaicinoid content and spiciness.In conclusion,the amount of biochar required to improve different indicators of pepper was different from the nitrogen fertilizer form,but the overall effect of NN_(1)B_(2.5)treatment was superior.
