“23·7”特大暴雨山洪灾害调查分析——以房山区为例 被引量:2

摘要 2023年7月29日至8月2日,北京市发生特大暴雨,引发流域性特大洪水,为全面了解本次特大暴雨洪水灾情范围及程度,展开“23·7”特大暴雨山洪灾害调查。房山区为北京市暴雨中心之一,区内山地面积广,受灾程度深。分析房山区暴雨特征,依据房山区暴雨山洪灾后现场勘察、访问及洪痕测量数据,结合无人机航拍洪水淹没范围,分析主要致灾成因,提出今后山洪沟道治理规划工作建议,为未来极端降水应对、后续防洪减灾工作提供基础数据参考与科学支持。 From July 29th to August 2nd,2023,an extreme rainstorm flood occurred in Beijing.To fully understand the scope and severity of this rainstorm flood disaster,an investigation on this massive torrential flood disaster was launched.Fangshan District is one of the rainstorm centers and severely damaged,with a large area of mountainous terrain and a deep level of damage.By analyzing the characteristics of the rainstorm in Fangshan District,based on on-site surveys,interviews,and flood trace measurements,as well as utilizing drone aerial photography to analyze the flood inundation area,the main causes of the disaster were identified and suggestions for future mountain flood channel management planning were proposed.It also aims at providing basic data references and scientific support for the extreme rainstorm response and flood control and disaster reduction in the future.
