摘要 为满足轨道交通市域线路网络化运营和公交化运营的需求,开展适用于城轨快线多线路的网络化调度系统研究。基于重庆市城轨快线工程的实际情况,对网络化运营需求以及运营管控模式进行分析,提出“两级架构、综合管理”的运营管控模式。从系统功能、系统架构、系统接口3方面对网络化调度系统解决方案进行研究及比选,阐述基于一张运行图对线网运营进行统一管理的网络化调度相关功能,提出基于中心-车站一体化、中心服务器分散设置的网络化调度系统整体架构,以及网络化调度系统与联锁、区域控制器(Zone Controller,ZC)、车载控制器(Vehicle On-board Controller,VOBC)子系统实现接口标准化的建议实施方案。 To satisfy the needs of the network and public transportation operations of urban rail transit lines,a network dispatching system suitable for multi-line traffic dispatch management of urban rail express line is studied.Based on the actual situation of the Chongqing urban rail express project,the network operation requirements,operation management,and control mode are analyzed,and the operation management and control mode of a“two-level structure and comprehensive management”are proposed.The system function,architecture,and interface aspects of the network dispatching system solution are studied and compared.Unified management was conducted on the line network operation based on the train diagrams of the network scheduling related functions,and their integration is proposed based on the center-station,which is the center server distributed set of the network scheduling system architecture,in addition to an implementation scheme for interface standardization between the network dispatching system and interlocking of the ATC subsystem.
