摘要
文章应用浮游植物种属生物量和群落结构特征,构建生物完整性指数(P-IBI),评价洱海水生态健康质量。通过参照点设置、箱线图、Pearson相关性分析确定了5个核心参数:浮游植物细胞密度、水华束丝藻细胞密度、挪氏微囊藻细胞密度、直链藻细胞密度和硅藻GDI指数,统一量纲并划分健康评价标准。洱海总体水生态健康评价结果为“较健康”;6个水华风险较高的湖湾中,才村为“较健康”;小普陀、马久邑、桃源、双廊和挖色为“中等”。评价结果表明,P-IBI指数构建的洱海水生态健康评价体系,对水生态环境响应的敏感程度较高,特别是与水质类别高度吻合,能够准确评价洱海的生态系统健康状况。
Six bays with high water bloom risk in Erhai Lake were studying.Biomass and community structure of phytoplankton were constructed the phytoplanktonic index of biotic integrity(P-IBI),which was evaluated the ecosystem health of Erhai Lake.Five parameters were selected by reference point setting,box-plot and pearson correlation analysis.The final five P-IBI included the total cell density,the Aphanizonmenon flos-aquae cell density,the Microcystis aerugionosa cell density,the Melosira sp.cell density and generic diatom index.These parameters were transformed into uniform scores and divided the health assessment standard.According to the P-IBI assessment,the ecosystem health of Erhai Lake was evaluated as Subhealthy.Caicun Bay was also evaluated as sub-healthy.The bays of Xiaoputuo,Majiuyi,Taoyuan,Shuanglang and Wase were Fair.The results show that the ecosystem health assessment of Erhai Lake was the highly sensitive response to lake ecosystem,especially to the water quality standard,which could accurately evaluate the ecosystem health of Erhai Lake.
