摘要
目的观察经阴道分娩和剖宫产产后出血治疗中使用缩宫素联合益母草注射液所取得的治疗效果。方法选取于2019年5月份至2020年3月份在医院中接受治疗的90例经阴道分娩和剖宫产产后出血患者,随机分组法,每组45例。缩宫素治疗法用于对照组,缩宫素联合益母草治疗法用于观察组。结果观察组产后2h、1d、2d出血量低于对照组,临床治疗有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在经阴道分娩和剖宫产产后出血治疗中使用缩宫素联合益母草注射液治疗方法,有助于降低产后出血量,疾病临床治疗效果好。
Objective The effects of oxytocin and motherwort injection in transvaginal delivery and cesarean delivery hemorrhage were observed.Methods 90 patients with vaginal delivery and cesarean section treated in hospital from May 2019 to March 2020 were 45 per group.Tritocin therapy was used in the control group and combined with mowort in the observation group.Results The postpartum volume of 2 h,1 d,2 d hemorrhage was lower than in the control group and had higher clinical efficiency than that(P<0.05).Conclusion Actocin and motherwort injection in transvaginal delivery and cesarean section is helpful to reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding and achieve good clinical treatment of the disease.
