摘要
目的:探讨医护一体化护理模式对剖宫产产妇术中体温、麻醉后寒战及手术结局的影响。方法:选择了2019年6月到2021年6月收治的80例剖宫产产妇作为研究对象,按照随机数表法均分为2组(实验组和对照组),对照组给予一般的护理管理模式,实验组应用医护一体化护理模式。比较两组患者的术中体温、麻醉后寒战及手术结局情况。结果:两组入院时口腔温度无显著差异(P>0.05);实验组在手术20min时,与手术结束时口腔体温高于对照组对应体温(P<0.05)。并且实验组寒战发生率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组首次下床活动时间,导尿管拔除时间以及进半流质饮食时间显著短于对照组(P<0.05);实验组产后2h出血量少于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:实施医护一体化护理模式能有效降低术中低体温、麻醉后寒战风险,缩短首次下床活动时间,导尿管拔除时间以及进半流质饮食时间,降低产后2h出血量风险,因此值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the effect of integrated nursing model of medical care on intraoperative body temperature,shivering after anesthesia and surgical outcome of parturients undergoing cesarean section.Methods 80 pregnant women undergoing cesarean section from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected as the research object.They were divided into two groups(experimental group and control group)according to the random number table method.The control group was given the general nursing management mode,and the observation group was given the integrated nursing mode.The intraoperative temperature,postoperative shivering and surgical outcome were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in oral temperature between the two groups(P>0.05);The oral temperature of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 20 minutes after operation and at the end of operation(P<0.05).The incidence of shivering in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The time of getting out of bed for the first time,the time of catheter removal and the time of feeding semi fluid diet in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of the integrated nursing model of medical care can effectively reduce the low body temperature during operation and the risk of shivering after anesthesia,shorten the time of getting out of bed for the first time,the time of catheter removal and the time of entering semi liquid diet,and reduce the risk of postpartum 2H bleeding.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
