摘要
当前,数字并购已然成为企业数字化转型的重要甚至唯一途径。然而,大多数企业数字并购经验匮乏、数字化转型进程曲折,亟需相关理论和经验的指导。为此,本文首先解读了企业数字化转型与数字并购的内涵和特征事实,然后通过构建"数字颠覆行业分布矩阵"分析框架并结合具体数字并购案例对四类典型企业的数字化转型路径与数字并购实践经验进行了分析与总结。最后,本文对我国的企业数字化转型与数字并购进行了展望,并提出了相关对策建议。
In the current era of digital disruption,digital M&A have become an important or even the only way for digital transformation of enterprises.However,most companies lack experience in digital M&A,and the digital transformation process is tortuous,and there is an urgent need for guidance from relevant theories and experience.To this end,this article first interprets the connotation and characteristic facts of corporate digital transformation and digital M&A,and then analyzes and summarizes the digital transformation path and digital M&A practical experience of four types of typical companies by constructing the analysis framework of the"Digital Disruption Industry Distribution Matrix"and combining specific digital M&A cases.Finally,this article looks forward to the digital transformation and digital M&A of Chinese enterprises,and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
