摘要
心衰冬季好发为医学界的共识,是临床上亟待解决的问题之一。现代医学以心衰病发时对症治疗为主,极易复发,再住院率居高不下。冬季心衰病机上与结胸证颇有相似之处,且多为老年患者不耐攻伐。历代医家在应用大结胸汤、丸和小结胸汤时均有所忌惮。荡胸汤为张锡纯在此基础上所拟成方,不以攻伐为先,而以降气化痰为主。本文以荡胸汤治疗冬季心衰,疗效良好,分享之。另附典型医案一则。
It is a consensus in the medical community that heart failure is prone to occur in winter,and it is one of the urgent problems to be solved in clinical practice.Modern medicine mainly focuses on symptomatic treatment when heart failure occurs,which is prone to recurrence and has a high readmission rate.There are similarities between the pathogenesis of winter heart failure and the"Jie Xiong Zheng".And the patient is an elderly patient who is weak and unable to tolerate strong traditional Chinese medicine.Throughout history,doctors have been wary of using Da Jie Xiong Soup,Da Jie Xiong Pill,and Xiao Jie Xiong Soup.Dang Xiong Soup was developed by Zhang Xichun on this basis,not based on attacking and cutting,but mainly on reducing qi and resolving phlegm.Therefore,this article uses Dang Xiong Soup to treat winter heart failure,which has a good therapeutic effect.Therefore,we share it.Attached is a typical medical case.
