摘要
基于西南边疆民族村寨的实地调研数据,根据Mincer方程原理,运用多元回归分析方法对影响农民工收入的因素进行研究。发现:职业技能水平、工作经验、受教育程度等人力资本因素,务工单位的性质和规模、劳动合同等制度因素对务工收入有显著的正向影响。建议:第一,积极推广"9+2"职业教育,注重对少数民族农民工人力资本的投资;第二,针对少数民族农民工建立一个较为全面的职业技能水平动态监测网络。
Based on the field survey data of ethnic villages in the southwest frontier,according to the principle of Mincer equation,this paper uses multiple regression analysis method to study the factors affecting the income of migrant workers.The level of vocational skills,work experience,education level and other human capital factors,institutional factors such as the nature and scale of migrant units and labor contracts have a significant positive impact on the income of migrant workers,while the impact of regional economic factors has an opposite trend.In view of this,this paper puts forward two suggestions:first,actively promote"9+2"vocational education,and pay attention to the investment in human capital of minority migrant workers.Secondly,we should establish a comprehensive dynamic monitoring network of vocational skills for minority migrant workers.
