摘要
冠心病是冠状动脉粥样硬化引起管腔狭窄或闭塞,导致心肌缺血缺氧或坏死引起的心脏病。经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)治疗是诊治冠心病的重要手段之一,是恢复心肌血运再灌注、治疗急性心肌梗死的首选方法,但其术后并发症较多,易发生桡动脉痉挛、桡动脉闭塞、前臂血肿、穿刺处皮肤水疱、心包填塞、造影剂肾病、迷走神经反射、低血压、冠脉急性闭塞等。本文就以上常见并发症作一综述,以了解该病防治重点,为提高护理质量、改善疾病预后、节约医疗卫生资源提供参考。
Coronary heart disease(CHD)is a heart disease due to coronary atherosclerosis induced stenosis or occlusion of the lumen,which leads to myocardial ischemia,anoxia or necrosis.Percutaneous coronary intervention is one of the most important methods for the diagnosis and treatment of coronary heart disease.It is the first choice for the recovery of myocardial blood re-perfusion and the treatment of acute myocardial infarction.There are many common complications of percutaneous coronary intervention through radial artery,such as radial artery spasm,radial artery occlusion,forearm hematoma,skin blister at puncture site,pericardial tamponade,contrast nephropathy,vagus reflex,occurrence of hypotension after puncture,acute coronary occlusion.We summarized the common complications,hoping to understand the key points of prevention and treatment of the disease,and provide reference for improving the quality of nursing,improving the prognosis of the disease and saving medical and health resources.
