摘要
目的观察鼓圈音乐护理改善糖尿病患者焦虑抑郁的护理效果。方法选取84例2型糖尿病合并焦虑抑郁患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。在常规治疗的基础上,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用鼓圈音乐护理。观察比较两组的FBG,2h PBG,Hb A1C水平以及HAMA,HAMD评分。结果经过治疗后,观察组的FBG,2hPBG,HbA1C水平和HAMA,HAMD评分均有明显降低,且降低幅度均明显大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼓圈音乐护理能显著改善糖尿病患者的焦虑抑郁状况,并帮助改善血糖控制,值得推广临床应用。
Objective To observe the nursing effect of drum circle music therapy on improving anxiety and depression of diabetic patients.Methods Eighty-four patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with anxiety and depression were enrolled and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.On the basis of conventional treatment,the control group was treated with routine nursing care,and the observation group was treated with drum circle nursing.FBG,2 h PBG,Hb A1 C levels,and HAMA,HAMD scores were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the FBG,2 h PBG,Hb A1 C levels,HAMA,and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Drum circle nursing can significantly improve the anxiety and depression of diabetic patients,and help improve blood sugar control.It is worth promoting clinical application.
