摘要
目的观察盐酸利多卡因静脉滴注联合长波紫外线光化学疗法治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法选取本科收治的108例慢性湿疹患者,采用随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组各54例。对照组给予葡萄糖酸钙静脉滴注+长波紫外线治疗;治疗组给予盐酸利多卡因静脉滴注+长波紫外线治疗。对比两组皮损、瘙痒改善程度,并记录不良反应及复发情况。结果治疗两周后,治疗组有效52例,有效率96.3%;对照组有效41例,有效率75.93%。治疗组的有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论盐酸利多卡因静脉滴注联合长波紫外线治疗慢性湿疹疗效安全可靠,可减少复发,改善湿疹皮损,可临床推广应用。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of lidocaine hydrochloride intravenous infusion combined with long-wave ultraviolet light chemotherapy in the treatment of chronic eczema.Methods A total of 108 patients with chronic eczema were selected and randomly divided into 2 groups by random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The control group was given intravenous infusion of calcium gluconate+long-wave ultraviolet therapy;The observation group was treated with an intravenous infusion of lidocaine hydrochloride+long-wave ultraviolet light.The degree of improvement of lesions and pruritus in the two groups was compared,and adverse reactions and recurrences were recorded.Results After two weeks of treatment,the treatment group was effective in 52 cases,with an effective rate of 96.3%;The effective number of the control group was 41 cases,and the effective rate was 75.93%.The effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lidocaine hydrochloride intravenous infusion combined with long-wave ultraviolet light treatment of chronic eczema can improve eczema lesions,reduce recurrence,and have a high safety profile,which can be widely promoted and applied in clinical practice.
