摘要
痛风性关节炎是由于嘌呤代谢异常和尿酸排泄异常,引起关节内的单钠尿酸盐沉积而造成关节局部炎症反应、组织破坏的一种疾病,常与饮食、生活方式相关。近年来,痛风性关节炎的发病率逐年增加,且发病年龄趋于年轻化,如何有效的预防与治疗痛风性关节炎成为临床医师讨论的话题。中-壮医历史悠久、博大精深,对痛风性关节炎的诊断及治疗都有各自认识,通过各自不同的治疗手段均取得了良好的效果。笔者通过回顾近十年的文献,发现中-壮医对于痛风性关节炎的病因病机的讨论都离不开“邪、毒”论,且细探其治则治法也围绕驱邪、解毒展开。本文通过中壮医的“毒、邪”论的论述,对及中壮医治疗痛风性关节炎的疗法进行综述,以期为临床医师治疗痛风性关节炎性关节炎提供参考。
Gouty arthritis is a disease that causes local inflammation and tissue damage of joints due to the deposition of monosodium urate in joints caused by abnormal purine metabolism and uric acid excretion.it is often related to diet and lifestyle.In recent years,the incidence of gouty arthritis increases year by year,and the onset age tends to be younger.How to effectively prevent and treat gouty arthritis has become a topic of discussion among clinicians.Chinese and Zhuang medicine have a long history and are extensive and profound.They have their own understanding of the diagnosis and treatment of gouty arthritis and have achieved good results through their different treatments.The author reviewed the literature in the past decade and found that the etiology and pathogenesis of gouty arthritis in the TCM and Zhuang Medicine were discussed based on the theory of"pathogen and toxin".In addition,the detailed exploration of its therapeutic principles and treatment revolved around the exorcism and detoxification.In this paper,through the discussion of the theory of"toxin and pathogen"by TCM and Zhuang medicine,we reviewed the treatments of gouty arthritis by TCM and Zhuang medicine,in order to provide reference for clinicians to treat gouty arthritis.
