摘要
为了促进我国石油钻采装备标准的持续发展和技术进步,本文通过比对分析ISO、美国石油学会API等标准和规范的发展情况与我国石油钻采标准化工作发现我国在标准体系建设、标准质量水平、核心标准数量和标准的指导性方面与国外仍存在着较大差距。基于此,本文总结了未来标准化工作将逐渐向国际化、通用化、深层次、创新性发展4点发展趋势,并结合实际提出了我国应高度重视标准化工作、做好标准化顶层设计、做好标准创新性开发和标准高质量发展等建议,以期为我国石油钻采标准早日走进国际化、实现标准快速健康发展提供必要的理论基础和技术指导。
In order to promote the sustainable development and technical progress of China’s standards for oil drilling and production equipment,this paper comparatively analyzes the development of ISO,API and other standards with and the current situation of oil drilling and production standardization in China.The results show that great disparity exists between China and foreign countries in terms of standard system construction,standard quality level,core standard quantity and guidance of standards.And based on this,it proposes four development trends of standardization in the future:internationalization,generalization,higher level and innovativeness.Combined with the actual situation,it puts forward the development suggestion of paying more attention to standardization,good top-level design,innovative development and high-quality development,so as to provide necessary theoretical basis and technical guidance for internationalization and the rapid and healthy development of China standards.
