摘要
目的分析电针在ICU早期肠内营养支持中的应用效果。方法抽取2016年5月至2019年5月我院ICU机械通气危重症患者80例,按照患者病床单双号将其平均划分为观察组40例和对照组40例,两组患者均予以早期肠内营养,观察组在此基础上加入电针,比较两种的方法的应用效果。结果对比观察组和对照组患者治疗3日以及治疗5日肠内营养达标率以及治疗1日、治疗4日以及治疗7日的喂养量,以上数据经过对比后形成统计学意义(P<0.05);此外观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,对比组间数据同样形成统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU早期肠内营养支持中加入电针可将患者的胃肠功能改善,此外电针对于患者不会产生严重的不良反应。
Objective to analyze application effect of electroacupuncture on early enteral nutrition support in ICU.Methods choose 80 cases critically ill patients with ICU mechanical ventilation in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2019,divide them into 40 cases in observation group and 40 cases in control group according to odd and even bed numbers.Treat two groups with enteral nutrition,observation group added with electroacupuncture on this basis.Compare application effects of two methods.Results compare enteral nutrition compliance rate of observation group and control group after 3 days and 5 days of treatment and feeding amount after 1 day,4 days and 7 days of treatment.Above data was statistically significant(P<0.05).In addition,incidence of complications in observation group was 12.5%,and that in control group was 35%.Data comparison showed statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).Conclusion electroacupuncture based on ICU early enteral nutrition support can improve gastrointestinal function of patients,which may not cause serious adverse reactions to patients.
