摘要
目的探讨新辅助化疗联合靶向治疗对老年胃癌患者的治疗效果、肿瘤标志物水平及安全性的影响。方法经医学伦理委员会批准,筛选本院收治的76例老年胃癌患者,纳入时间为2018年4月-2020年4月。抽签将其随机分为两组,即实验组(38例)与参照组(38例)。参照组患者采用奥沙利铂联合卡培他滨治疗,实验组患者在参照组治疗基础上施加赫赛汀静脉滴注治疗,比较两组患者的临床治疗效果以及用药后不良反应发生率、肿瘤标志物水平(CA199、CA724、CEA、CA242)。结果临床治疗效果方面,实验组患者相较于参照组明显更优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肿瘤标志物方面,实验组相较于参照组明显更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药后不良反应方面,实验组与参照组的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在老年胃癌患者的临床治疗中实施新辅助化疗联合靶向治疗的临床应用效果较为显著,可提升患者的治疗效果,且不良反应发生率也较低,临床应用价值高,值得推广。
Objective To investigate effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy on curative effect,tumor marker level and safety of elderly patients with gastric cancer.Methods With approval of medical ethics committee,the paper chose 76 elderly patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from April 2018 to April 2020,and divided them into two groups randomly by lot,namely experimental group(38 cases)and reference group(38 cases).Reference group was treated with oxaliplatin and capecitabine,and experimental group with Herceptin intravenous drip on the basis of reference group.Clinical treatment effect,incidence of adverse reactions and levels of tumor markers(CA199,CA724,CEA,CA242)were compared between two groups.Results Clinical treatment effect of experimental group was significantly better than reference group(P<0.05);tumor markers of experimental group was significantly lower than reference group(P<0.05),with no significant difference between experimental group and reference group(P>0.05).Conclusion During clinical treatment of elderly patients with gastric cancer,neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with targeted therapy can achieve significant clinical application effect,can improve treatment effect of patients,with low incidence of adverse reactions and high clinical application value,which is worthy of promotion.
