摘要
目的分析间苯三酚联合缩宫素静滴在促宫颈成熟和缩短产程中的效果。方法经随机抽签方式将本院2020年4月-2022年4月收治的低宫颈评分足月胎膜早破产妇50例分为研究组和参照组,每组各25例。参照组行宫缩素静滴,研究组行间苯三酚联合缩宫素静滴,比较两组治疗效果。结果在宫颈促成熟方面,研究组数据较参照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。从产程来看,研究组第一产程、第二产程、第三产程和总产程较参照组短,差异显著(P<0.05)。从分娩方式来看,研究组阴道自然分娩率较参照组高,差异显著(P<0.05)。研究组不良妊娠结局发生率明显低于参照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论间苯三酚联合缩宫素静滴可加速宫颈快速成熟,且效果理想,在缩短产程的同时提高了阴道自然分娩率,减少不良妊娠结局的发生概率,具有较高的可行性。
Objective To analyze effect of intravenous drip of phloroglucinol combined with oxytocin in promoting cervical maturity and shortening labor process.Methods The paper chose 50 pregnant women with low cervical scores term premature rupture of membranes admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022,and divided them into study group and reference group randomly,with 25 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with oxytocin intravenous drip,and study group with phloroglucinol combined oxytocin intravenous drip.Treatment effect between two groups was compared.Results Cervical ripening promotion data of study group was higher than reference group,with significant difference(P<0.05).From perspective of labor process,the first,second,third,and total stages of labor in study group was shorter than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).From perspective of delivery methods,vaginal natural delivery rate in study group was higher than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in study group was significantly lower than control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Intravenous drip of phloroglucinol combined with oxytocin can accelerate fast maturation of the cervix,with ideal effect,can shorten labor process,improve vaginal natural delivery rate and reduce incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes,which has high feasibility.
