摘要
本文从中医面诊系统组成入手,从中医望诊的图像信息采集、面象症状特征、主要分析方法以及面诊的临床应用等,对中医面诊的客观化研究进行综述。分析讨论了面诊设备的系统组成与设计考虑,面色、唇色、光泽度等中医面诊症状特征的提取与分析方法。讨论了面诊客观化的研究方向,提出了其中尚存在的客观化质量标准不一、诊断参数多样等现状,探索可以改进的方式,提高中医面诊系统信息维度、诊断精准度和智能程度的研究手段,为进一步探讨中医面诊系统的研发提供新的思路。
This article starts with the composition of TCM facial examination system,summarizes the objective research of TCM face consultation from the image information collection,facial complexion symptom characteristics,main analysis methods and clinical application of TCM.Analyzed the system components and design considerations of facial examination equipment,it also puts facial color,lip color,gloss and other methods of extraction and analysis of TCM symptom features into consideration.The research direction of face-to-face consultation is discussed,as well as the existing status of objectification quality standards and diverse diagnostic parameters.The article also develop the ways to change and offer the improvement of the information dimension,diagnostic accuracy and intelligence level of TCM facial examination system.It provide the new ideas for the further exploration of the research and development of Chinese medicine facial examination system.
