摘要
目的探讨县级医院在新医改形势下药事质控工作内涵。方法回顾本院2018~2019年药事质控工作,从药品采购供应、调剂服务、合理用药、不良反应、临床药学等药事服务入手,分析存在问题,提出改进措施,并检查改进效果。结果两年时间中,药事质控工作促进了相关规章制度建立,规范了相应流程,提高了临床医师规范化用药水平。结论在新医改形势下加强县级医院药事质控工作,有助于提高医师与药师用药水平,促进临床规范用药和合理用药。
Objective To discuss the connotation of pharmaceutical quality control in county-level hospitals under the new medical reform.Methods The work of the hospital’s drug quality control is retrospective analysis from 2018 to 2019.Starting from the drug service,such as purchasing and supplying drugs,dispensing services,rational drug use,adverse reactions,clinical pharmacy,etc,in order to analyze existing problems,propose improvement measures,and check the improvement effect.Results In the past two years,the work of drug quality control promotes the establishment of relevant rules and regulations,standardizes the corresponding process,and improves the standard medication level of clinicians.Conclusion Under the situation of new medical reform,strengthening the drug quality control in county-level hospitals will help to improve the level of drug use by doctors and pharmacists,and promote the standardized and rational drug use in clinical practice.
