摘要
小专业是指学生规模小的专业。司法警官职业院校中小专业占比较高,戒毒类专业(行政执行、戒毒矫治技术)是典型的小专业。文章以X学院为例,分析了行政执行专业在专业课程、教材和师资配备方面存在的问题,提出完善小专业建设的对策:组建专业群,采用“平台+模块”课程结构模式,实现群内课程和师资共建共享,尤其是部分专业核心课程之间的互相融合;充分发挥小专业师生比较高的优势,深入推行双导师制,由学校教师通过组建若干学科小组、研究小组进行研究生式的培养,由行业师傅“一对一”负责学生实习指导和专项技能训练。
Small major refers to the major with small student scale.The proportion of small major in judicial police vocational colleges is relatively high,and drug rehabilitation majors(administrative execution,drug rehabilitation and correction technology)are typical small majors.Taking X College as an example,the paper analyzes the problems existing in professional courses,teaching materials and faculty allocation of administrative executive major,and puts forward the countermeasures to perfect the construction of small major:establish professional groups,and adopt the course structure mode of“platform+module”,realizing the co-construction and sharing of courses and teachers within the group,especially the mutual integration of core courses of some majors;give full play to the advantages of higher teacher-student ratio of small majors,and deeply implement the double-tutor system.School teachers conduct graduate training by establishing several discipline groups and research groups,and industry masters are“one-to-one”responsible for practice guidance and special skill training.
