摘要
目的:探究中医补阳还五汤联合通经解痉针刺法对中风后遗症患者上肢运动功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选取2017年6月—2019年1月我院收治的60例中风后偏瘫患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例,对照组采用常规西医对症治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用中医补阳还五汤联合通经解痉针刺法治疗,比较两组治疗前后临床疗效、神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、上肢运动功能(FMA),日常生活活动能力(BI)、疼痛评分(VAS)、抑郁状况(HAMD)和生活质量评分。结果:观察组临床总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组FMA、BI、生活质量评分高于对照组,VAS、NIHSS和HAMD评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医补阳还五汤联合通经解痉针刺法治疗中风后遗症能有效促进神经功能恢复,改善患者上肢运动功能,提高生活质量。
Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine buyang huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture for relieving spasms by dredging menstruation on upper limb motor function and quality of life of patients with stroke sequelae.Methods:60 patients with hemiplegia after stroke admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to January 2019 were selected as subjects investigated,and they were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,30 cases each.The patients in the control group were given conventional Western medicine symptomatic treatment,and the patients in the observation group were further treated with traditional Chinese medicine buyang huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture for relieving spasms by dredging menstruation.The clinical efficacy,neurological deficit score(NIHSS),upper limb motor function(FMA),activities of daily living(BI),pain score(VAS),depression(HAMD)and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FMA,BI and quality of life scores in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the VAS,NIHSS and HAMD scores were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine buyang huanwu decoction combined with acupuncture for relieving spasms by dredging menstruation for treating stroke sequelae can effectively promote the recovery of nerve functions,improve the motor function of patients’upper limbs and improve the quality of life.
