摘要
结直肠癌(colorectalcancer,CRC)是常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤之一,发病率逐年上升。自噬是一种在应激条件下细胞内自我降解的过程,在不同条件下对CRC的发生与发展、复发和转移以及治疗敏感性可表现出抑制或促进的双重作用。本文概述了自噬参与CRC发生、发展、复发和转移的机制,以及其对免疫微环境和治疗效果的影响,总结了干预CRC的潜在自噬相关靶点,以期为CRC的治疗提供新思路。
Colorectal cancer(CRC)is one of the most common malignant tumors of the digestive system whose incidence is increasing year by year.Autophagy is a process of intracellular self-degradation under stress conditions and plays dual roles by inhibiting or promoting the occurrence,development,recurrence,metastasis,and treatment sensitivity of CRC under different conditions.This review summarizes the roles of autophagy in the occurrence,development,recurrence,and metastasis of CRC,as well as its influence on the immune microenvironment and therapeutic efficacy,proposed potential autophagy-related therapeutic targets,in the hope to provide new ideas for the treatment of CRC.
